Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days and we'll replace it or give you store credit. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Shipping Options

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. 

Shipping Fees

Our standard shipping fees are based on order prices. 

Under $150  - $15 Standard Shipping

$150 and over - FREE Standard Shipping

In-store /Curbside Pickup - FREE

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size/weight or insurance.

We do not ship outside of Canada.

In-Store/Curbside Pickup

All items ordered must be picked up within 10 business days. Once you place an order, a Tower Jewellers employee will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to notify you of its status and when it is ready for pickup. At this time you can let us know if it is curbside pick up.  Please have your ID available when you come in to pick up your online purchases.  If someone else is picking it up, please provide us with the name.

Please note that not all in-store items are listed on our website. If you don't see the item you are looking for on our website, please call us at (506) 547-1157 or email us to confirm availability. 

In-store/curbside pickup is free for all items. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time. You will receive a call or an email once your order is ready for pickup.  Gift wrapping and local delivery is complimentary. 

Returns

We believe in the products we sell and we want to make sure you are satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) accompanied by your original receipt, product packaging and/or tags within 10 days for a store credit.

Proof of purchase is necessary, and the merchandise needs to be in its original state. There should be no sign of wear and all original packaging and tags must be attached at the time of return. All returns will be subject to a store manager’s approval. 

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for all items. The following online sales will be final. 

  • Discounted items

  • Items with signs of wear or use

  • Items without proof of purchase

  • Items without the original packaging and/or tags attached.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and reason for return.

  2. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Note: Please allow up to 10 business days after we’ve received the returned item for your store credit to be processed.
